How to: Magnify worksheet displays.
Solution:
Select 'Zoom...' from the 'View' menu. Select the radio button that corresponds to the percent of magnification desired.
NOTE: When a chart sheet is sized with the window, the chart fills the entire window and the Zoom command cannot be used. Sizing independently allows the use of the Zoom command and print preview.
1) Select the 'View' menu and select 'Zoom...'. (The Zoom dialog box appears.)
2) Select the desired radio button from the 'Magnification' group.
NOTE: Values from 10 to 400% are acceptable.
3) Click 'OK'.
NOTE: Changing the magnification of sheets does not affect printing.
